Grasshoppers - Chocolate Mint flavor cupcakes! After dinner mints are the thing of the past! Finish off a meal or complete the course with a cupcake. These are chocolate cupcakes with a gentle touch of mint, baked with crushed chocolate mint cookies. Minty whipped frosting topped with mini marshmallow and cookie crumbs.....yummy!
