The Imperial cupcake was sent back to the kitchen to get re-dressed. I decided to keep the cute pink frosting but updated the look with a cute yellow flower and new wrapper. The original
Imperial Cupcake* were just a slight bit more contrasting but I wanted to bring a more softer look to the cupcake.
Lychee flavored. The cake is made using apple sauce with chopped bits of lychee baked right in. The cake is tender, sweet and topped with whipped frosting.
