Mini Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes!
Bring a smile to anyone's inner child with these little treats! They are about 2 inches tall filled with deliciously moist cake and soft frosting. After the cake is set and sculpted, it is then dunked into a pot of melting chocolate and topped with sprinkles!
