Sorry!!! This is a really belated post. I have been busy but hopefully in the next couple days I can finish bringing this blog up to date. Let's start with a cupcake I made for this past Easter. The detailed Velveteen-ish rabbit and cute little Easter eggs is made with royal icing. Grassy like surface is made with cream cheese frosting dipped in light green sanding sugar and then green jimmies were used to make the grass blades.
