Buzzing Blossoms

During the event at the Broadway Bar, I met Vu, who so insistently offered me a drink in exchange for a cupcake order, which he also paid for that same night. Sure....he was a bit intoxicated but I'd say he made a pretty good business deal. =)

2 dozen mini Red Velvets with edible gum paste blossoms and edible bees. The bumble bees were made using yellow peanut M&M's. I melted and piped chocolate for the stripes and attached the almond chip wings using chocolate as well. Tedious work for your enjoyment. So...ENJOY!
