Mint Chocolate Minis

Delicious little morsels! I made these per the request of Kimi. She wanted teal frosting, since that was the birthday girl's FAVE color. I decided to add a few simple decorations to compliment this pretty color. Featured are MINI ice cream cone cupcakes. Grasshopper AKA Mint Chocolate flavored. ENJOY!

Okay, so these will never replace your craving for a double decker chocolate fudge sundae but it will surely bring a smile to your taste buds! Featured below are Vanilla Cream Cheese cupcakes baked in cake cones. Then topped with toasted meringue, garnished with sprinkles and one Rainer cherry. ENJOY!

Mini Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes!

Bring a smile to anyone's inner child with these little treats! They are about 2 inches tall filled with deliciously moist cake and soft frosting. After the cake is set and sculpted, it is then dunked into a pot of melting chocolate and topped with sprinkles!
